Reds’ Pham and Giants’ Pederson in pregame altercation

CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Reds outfielder Tommy Pham and San Francisco Giants outfielder Joc Pederson had been concerned in a quick altercation earlier than Friday’s sequence opener at Great American Ball Park.
