Record revenue collections in August


OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma had report revenue collections through the month of August, state Treasurer Randy McDaniel stated Thursday.

The state collected a one-month report $1.37 billion throughout August, led by $589.9 million in mixed gross sales and use tax collections that embrace out-of-state gross sales comparable to web purchases.

The state acquired $362.6 million in mixed revenue and company tax collections and a report $205.6 million in gross manufacturing taxes on oil and pure gasoline, in accordance with a news launch.

McDaniel stated the financial outlook for Oklahoma is optimistic, however warned that rising costs are worrisome.
