HOMESTEAD, Fla. – Authorities issued a Missing Child Alert for an 11-year-old girl from South Florida.
Mariah Lee had last been seen in the world of the 2800 block of Southeast seventeenth Avenue in Homestead on Saturday.
Authorities stated she was once dressed in a white t-shirt with a Speedway design on it, black pants with purple stripes down the edges and white footwear.
The girl is described as 5-foot-4, weighing 110 kilos with black hair and brown eyes.
Police stated she is also sporting a red and purple guide bag.
Anyone who thinks they will have seen her, or has any information on her imaginable whereabouts, is instructed to name the Florida Department of Law Enforcement at 1-888-FL-MISSING or Homestead police at 305-247-1535.
Update: The girl has been discovered protected, police stated.
