Police investigating dead body found in popular area of Downtown Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A loss of life investigation used to be introduced in Downtown Fort Lauderdale Sunday morning.

According to police, officials and hearth rescue staff replied to the 300 block of Southwest 1st Avenue in reaction to a dead body.

After arriving, first responders pronounced the person deceased on the scene.

Investigators had been running to collect further information in regards to the instances surrounding the person’s loss of life.

Police have not begun to expose the person’s id.
