Here’s how you can make it.

IKEA Plant-Based Tacos

Ingredients:

  • VÄRLDSKLOK shapeable plant mince

  • 1 packet of taco seasoning,1 oz..

  • 4 oz.. water

  • SMAKRIK canola oil for frying

  • 8 pcs. comfortable tortilla bread

Lime-Pickled Red Onion:
PICO DE GALLO:
  • 4 tomatoes

  • 1 white onion

  • 1 crimson chili

  • 1 lime

  • 4 tbsp. chopped cilantro

  • 0.5 tsp. salt

GUACAMOLE:
  • 4 avocados

  • 1 pressed garlic clove

  • 1 lime

  • 4 tbsp. contemporary cilantro

  • 1 jalapeño

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Fry the mince on medium warmth within the canola oil.

  2. Add the taco seasoning and water.

  3. Fry till the water boils into the mince.

Lime-Pickled Onion:
  1. Slice the crimson onion thinly, ideally with a mandolin.

  2. Squeeze out the juice from one lime and knead into the onion.

  3. Let stand for half-hour ahead of serving.

PICO DE GALLO:
  1. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion and chili.

  2. Mix the whole lot and stir within the chopped cilantro, salt and juice from one lime.

GUACAMOLE:
  1. Finely chop the cilantro and jalapeño.

  2. Peel, take away the pits and mash the avocados.

  3. Squeeze within the juice from one lime. Mix with the opposite elements.

Heat the tortilla bread and fill your taco with what you prefer!
