The PGA Tour introduced Friday suspensions of Korn Ferry Tour players Vince India and Jake Staiano for violating the league’s integrity program. Both players positioned wagers on PGA Tour tournaments of which neither participated. These suspensions observe Ben An’s three-month suspension passed out in early October.

India is suspended from PGA Tour-sanctioned pageant for six months from Sept. 18 thru March 17, 2024. Staiano’s suspension will likely be part of that and in keeping with An’s as his three-month hiatus from PGA Tour motion started on Sept. 11 and is going thru Dec. 10.

Neither India nor Staiano loved a lot good fortune on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023. India tallied 21 begins lacking 11 cuts together with his very best end coming in July on the NV5 Invitational within the type of a T21. Meanwhile, Staiano ignored 5 cuts in 8 outings together with his lone top-20 end coming on the BMW Charity Pro-Am in early June.

The just right news for each is the Korn Ferry Tour’s 2024 agenda does no longer start till the second one week of January. Staiano would possibly not leave out any overtime on the circuit whilst India’s absence will stretch throughout six tournaments.

The PGA Tour created the PGA Tour Integrity Program following the enchantment of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protections Act (PASPA) in 2018. The purpose of the program is to deal with the integrity of pageant and mitigate any trickle-down results of sports activities wagering.
