Manchester City have introduced that Pep Guardiola has signed a new contract operating till 2025.
The Spaniard’s present deal was set to run out on the finish of the present season and he typically teased that he would wait till then earlier than deciding on his subsequent transfer.
However, City confirmed on Wednesday that Guardiola has put pen to paper on a recent deal on the Etihad Stadium.
“I am so pleased to be staying at Manchester City for another two years,” Guardiola mentioned.
“I can’t say thank you enough to everyone at the club for trusting me. I am happy and comfortable here. I have everything I need to do my job as best as possible.
