Pembroke Pines resident Janet Delgado, who has lived at her house for 21 years, advised Local 10 News that her neighborhood is alerting every different during the Nextdoor App after she won a textual content from a neighbor pronouncing that their area was once damaged into and was once requested if she has any cameras outdoor.

Delgado advised Local 10 News that she didn’t assume the lads had been suspicious as a result of her building has folks operating there at all times.
“My fear is they might live in here. They have obviously been watching the house,” she mentioned.
The scam seemed to be smartly orchestrated.
“I saw a man coming from their house with a piece of paper in his hand and then he walked across the street to the SUV, then two (video) frames later, I see two men walking back toward the house,” she mentioned.
Once behind the home, the thieves allegedly broke the sliding glass door to get to the house and allegedly helped themselves to a couple jewellery.
The first criminal who it sounds as if knocked at the door was once noticed coming into an older type dark-colored Lexus RX SUV.
Delgado advised Local 10 News because the incident happened, she assists in keeping her alarm on all day and evening.
