SAN ANTONIO – Sunday, August 27, has been declared an Ozone Action Day in San Antonio through The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
This alert signifies that the atmospheric stipulations are “expected to be favorable for producing high levels of ozone air pollution in the San Antonio area.”
On Ozone Action Days, officers counsel that kids, the aged and the ones with breathing issues, reminiscent of bronchial asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, and so on., restrict spending time open air because of the results of air air pollution.
Metro Health has the following pointers for decreasing air pollution on Ozone Action Days:

Limit riding and idling. Carpool, mix errands, use public transportation, motorbike, or stroll.
