OBJECTIVES:
The Be The BEST In Oklahoma 4-H Public Speaking Contest is being carried out for the objective of selling a better curiosity in public talking and to permit all 4-H members the alternative to develop and polish their public talking abilities.

AGE DIVISIONS:

All ages are based mostly on the grade September 1 of the present 4-H yr (2021-22).
SUGGESTED APPROPRIATE DRESS:
