OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD) arrested a 76-year-old man for lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child.
OCPD mentioned on Jan. 11, they responded to a name of a man exposing himself to a 5-year-old at a retailer, in accordance to an OCPD social media post.
OCPD mentioned they have been lead to Ray Partain, age 76, after reviewing video from the realm.

Partain was arrested for lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child.
According to OCPD, Partain additionally had an excellent warrant out of Creek County for indecent publicity.
Partain was beforehand convicted for lewd acts to a child, assault and battery with a harmful weapon and rape.
