OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Blue (3-4) misplaced to the South Bay Lakers (5-3), 133-115, on Wednesday afternoon at Paycom Center. Thunder project participant Jaylin Williams posted a double-double with 21 factors and 13 rebounds, in addition to doling out eight assists. After a back-and-forth first quarter ending in a 32-30 South Bay lead, the Blue was outscored 39-28 within the second quarter and trailed the Lakers 71-58 on the half. South Bay added to its lead, outscoring the Blue 35-29 within the third quarter. Despite outscoring South Bay within the closing interval, the Blue couldn’t overcome the deficit.
Blue guard Jahmi’us Ramsey led the staff in scoring with 26 factors on 12-of-20 capturing from the sector. Jaden Shackelford (20), Adam Mokoka (15), and D.J. Wilson (12) all scored in double-figures to be part of Ramsey, Waters lll and Williams.
South Bay was led by Scottie Pippen Jr., who scored a recreation excessive 36 factors on 12-of-25 capturing from the sector.
