OKLAHOMA CITY — Four new settlements within the state’s opioid litigation have been introduced Wednesday by Attorney General John O’Connor.
With these new settlements, Oklahoma has recovered more than $900 million, in accordance with O’Connor’s workplace.
Oklahoma ranks close to the highest of all states in complete funds recovered on a per capita foundation from the businesses alleged to bear partial duty for the state’s opioid disaster, O’Connor’s workplace mentioned in a press launch.
The announcement follows settlements agreed to by the state in December with Allergan Pharmaceuticals, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart.
