On Wednesday, large receiver Brandon Harper of Noble High School in Noble, OK introduced his dedication to the Sooners as a most popular walk-on.
Listed at 5-foot-9 and 170 kilos, Harper turns down affords from Central Oklahoma, East Central University, Houston Christian and Oklahoma Panhandle State to stroll on to Oklahoma.
