Oklahoma Farm Bureau was acknowledged with four American Farm Bureau State Awards of Excellence for excellent packages and achievements throughout 2022.
OKFB was acknowledged for accomplishments in advocacy, coalitions and partnerships, engagement and outreach, and management and enterprise improvement, incomes awards in all four program areas.
OKFB highlights from 2022 included partnering with county Farm Bureaus to donate funds to native meals banks and fireplace departments; internet hosting the inaugural Oklahoma Youth Legislative Experience for highschool college students on the Oklahoma State Capitol; beginning the OKFB Generation Bridge program for mid-career agriculturalists; and supporting political candidates operating for federal workplaces with the brand new OKFB Ag PAC political motion committee.
The AFBF Awards of Excellence have been awarded to state Farm Bureaus throughout the 2023 American Farm Bureau conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
