Ohio crash deaths result in charges for Florida truck driver


The truck driver who veered throughout a freeway median in his tractor-trailer Christmas Eve morning and struck two automobiles carrying individuals with Livingston County ties has been charged with vehicular murder in reference to their deaths.

Dayren Rocubert, 29, of Hialeah, Florida, was arraigned Tuesday in Sidney Municipal Court in Shelby County, Ohio, with 5 counts of felony misdemeanor vehicular murder as a result of Karen Marie Boehne, one of many victims, was pregnant.

Kimberly Ann Siegrist, 63; her daughters, Lauren Marie Hahn, 32, and Karen Boehne, 33, and Karen’s husband Jeremy David Ralph Boehne, 32, have been killed in the crash. The truck driver was not severely injured.

Not responsible pleas have been entered on his behalf. The decide set bond at $25,000 money or surety for every of the 5 counts. Court data point out he posted bond.
