HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas (KETK) – East Texas legislation enforcement pulled a person’s body from Cedar Creek Lake close to Tom Finley Park on Wednesday night.
According to Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Botie Hillhouse, the person had been lacking for some time previous to them discovering the body. Hillhouse added that it seems the person had drowned.

The man’s body was despatched for post-mortem and officers will proceed to analyze.
The Gun Barrel City Police Department was initially working the case with the Texas Game Wardens, and requested for the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office to assist help with the case.
