Officials announce arrest of man who allegedly murdered Florida father in February – WSB-TV Channel 2


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man has been arrested in Jacksonville, Florida for allegedly murdering a father again in February, officers say.

Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office mentioned on Thursday in a news release that Tamar Way, 39, was arrested for homicide and residential invasion theft with a firearm.

On Feb. 17, JSO mentioned they responded to a home on the 5200 block of Roanoke Boulevard for an unresponsive individual inside a home. An unidentified man was discovered with a number of gunshot wounds and he was pronounced useless on the scene by the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.

The sufferer was recognized by WJAX as Darnell Wilson, 33. He was reportedly a father of three kids.

JSO mentioned the murder and crime scene items responded to the home. Based on the proof, detectives recognized an individual of curiosity. That individual was reportedly positioned by the United States Marshal’s Task Force and was arrested on unrelated fees.

Way was already incarcerated on the time of his arrest in reference to Wilson’s homicide, in accordance with WJAX.

According to JSO, based mostly on information, they consider that there are likely different suspect or suspects concerned in this case.
