KEY LARGO, Fla. – A Hialeah man was once in his birthday swimsuit on his birthday at a hotel in the Florida Keys, consistent with deputies, and what he’s accused of doing in a hot bath has landed him in hot water with the legislation.
Authorities arrested Julio Daniel Rodriguez Coipel Monday on a warrant associated with the Aug. 20 incident, consistent with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
MCSO spokesperson Adam Linhardt stated Rodriguez Coipel was once in the buff simply ahead of 7:25 a.m. in the hot bath on the Playa Resort & Spa, positioned at 97450 Overseas Highway in Key Largo, when witnesses noticed him divulge and contact himself in view of a feminine worker.
After a male worker faced Rodriguez Coipel, he screamed “It’s my birthday today!” and ran towards U.S. 1 ahead of riding again to Miami-Dade County, Linhardt stated.
According to deputies, it was once in truth the suspect’s birthday: he grew to become 34 that day.
