North Texas commercial property firm merges with global service provider


A North Texas commercial property firm is merging with a global actual property providers provider.

Frisco-based Esrp – a 9-year-old commercial tenant illustration firm – has merged with Chicago-based Cresa, the global actual property providers firm.

Esrp will lead Texas’ operations and convey practically 50 professionals to the corporate which could have places of work in Frisco, downtown Dallas, Houston and shortly Austin.

Esrp has represented companies together with NTT DATA Services, Riddell, Mattress Firm, 7-Eleven and Neiman Marcus in native actual property transactions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Esrp to the Cresa family,” CEO Tod Lickerman mentioned in a press release. “The level of success and caliber of clients established within their first nine years is rare.

Cresa’s main office will now be at Esrp’s headquarters in the Dallas Cowboys Star at Frisco development.

Esrp CEO Sharon Morrison will become a member of Cresa’s board.

“Further continuing to fulfill our mutual focus of serving clients, without conflicts, was paramount for us in deciding to merge with Cresa.”

Esrp was originally founded in partnership with ESRP Dallas Cowboys star Emmitt Smith, who severed ties with the company in 2017.

Including its partnership with London-based Knight Frank, Cresa has 380 places of work worldwide.
