NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – A 52-year-old North Miami man faces 161 charges of lewd and lascivious molestation after 4 girls informed detectives he sexually abused them.
The girls, who had been as younger as 5 when the abuse started, had been both dwelling with or visiting their circle of relatives, who resided on the house with the suspect, Edgar Augusto Gamez, North Miami police mentioned.
Police mentioned the primary sufferer to file the abuse informed members of the family on Aug. 28 that Gamez had molested her two times in 2020, prompting an investigation that exposed 3 extra sufferers. Their allegations date again to as early as 2010.
