The delegation of enterprise leaders met with focused digital expertise and power firms, in addition to innovation hubs together with the NYU Urban Futures Lab and Company Ventures.

“As we continue our efforts to further create new jobs and capital investment opportunities throughout the Greater Houston region, our delegation trips to both international and domestic locations are essential in marketing our region and meeting with prospective companies evaluating the region for new locations,” Partnership Chief Economic Development Officer Susan Davenport mentioned. “The most recent mission to New York provided a strong opportunity to message our work in the Energy Transition, as well as all our progress in target industry sectors.”

HETI Chair Bobby Tudor and Executive Director Jane Stricker visited key news retailers together with Bloomberg Radio, The Cable Podcast, and ICE House Podcast on the New York Stock Exchange to debate Houston’s main function in the worldwide power transition.

The Partnership has led missions to the Bay Area and Chicago this previous yr and appears ahead to representing Greater Houston in constructing momentum for vital initiatives and financial progress as we head into 2023.
