Most of Florida’s registered sex predators on the run were last seen in Miami-Dade



MIAMI – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s public checklist of registered sex offenders on the run incorporated seven predators as of Saturday.

Most of them were last seen in Miami-Dade County, and a couple of others in Hillsborough and Marion counties, in line with FDLE and Florida Department of Corrections data.

Ariel Rovelo, often referred to as Ariel Orestes Ravelo and Ariel Ronelo, is 46. He used to be last seen in 2008 in Miami Springs after his probation for 1996 Broward County instances ended in 2002.

Frederick Campbell, often referred to as Frederick Levingston Campbell, is 64. His probation for 1992 Miami-Dade instances ended in 2006.

Hector Lopera, often referred to as Hector Emerio Lopera, is 58. His probation for 1992 Miami-Dade instances ended in 2005. He and Campbell each vanished in 2009 and were last registered to be in Hialeah.

David D. Rodriguez — often referred to as Luis Ycer, Emilio Alverez, Esar, Isiro, Emilio Rodriguez, Emilio Hernandez Rodriguez, and Emilio Roberto Rodriguez — is 85. He vanished in 2013 and used to be last registered to be in Miami. His probation for 1998 instances in Miami-Dade ended in 2003.

HILLSBOROUGH AND MARION

Chad Reynolds is a convicted felon and registered sex perpetrator. Florida considers him an absconded predator. (FDLE – FDOC)

Chad Reynolds, 40, often referred to as Chad Eugene Reynolds, used to be the youngest. He used to be last seen in 2009 in Marion County. His probation for 2002 Putnam County instances ended in 2018.

Miguel Hernandez, 88, often referred to as Miguel Angel Hernandez, used to be last seen in 2009 in Hillsborough County. His probation for the 1994 Hillsborough instances ended in 2007.

Enrique Soto, 61, often referred to as Enrique Pintor, used to be last seen in 2020 in Hillsborough County. His probation for the 1993 Hillsborough instances ended in 2009.
