Miami man accused of shooting victim following argument in Wynwood



MIAMI – Detectives arrested a Miami man Wednesday after police stated he shot and injured any other man in Wynwood final October.

According to Miami police, 24-year-old Eltohm Matute is dealing with one depend of tried second-degree homicide after he allegedly opened hearth on a man following an argument that broke out round 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 28.

After responding to a shooting name close to Northwest twelfth Avenue and Northwest Fourth Street, police and hearth rescue workforce stated they handled the victim who suffered a minor laceration to his proper shin.

The victim informed police that he and Matute were given into an argument after Matute was once banned from visiting the incident location because of a previous altercation, in keeping with the document.
