Miami-Dade tire shop owner charged after police say he shot landscaper over leaves



MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – The owner of a northwest Miami-Dade tire shop remained jailed with out bond Tuesday after police stated he shot and wounded a landscaper Friday after a controversy about leaves blowing onto his assets.

He’s been charged with tried homicide.
