Miami-Dade police investigate woman’s death in West Perrine


MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives with the Miami-Dade Police Department investigated the death of a girl in the county’s West Perrine space Friday morning.

The lady, who hasn’t been publicly recognized, was once discovered useless in the realm of Southwest 174th Terrace and 103rd Avenue.

Images from Sky 10 confirmed the woman’s tarp-covered frame in a grassy space closed off with crime scene tape. Multiple police officials have been on the scene.

An MDPD spokesperson showed that investigators have been on the scene investigating the woman’s death, however indexed her reason for death as “unclassified” pending an post-mortem.

They consider she was once murdered and recognized her as 34-year-old Cassandra Davis.

“When I heard about it, it just tore my soul apart. I just had to run over here and find out,” Dukes mentioned. “We walked around and gave all the homeless people $5 to $10 dollars and a gift card. And she was one of the people that I was looking for personally.”

Dukes mentioned irrespective of how Davis lived, she didn’t deserve no matter took place to her.

“She needs justice,” Dukes mentioned. “Just like we need justice, we are going to fight for her.”
