Miami-Dade police arrest 2 in street takeover crackdown



MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade police introduced the arrests Monday of 2 suspects accused of taking part in unlawful intersection takeovers in the county as a part of an ongoing crackdown.

Chenel Chevalier, 22, of Hollywood, and Jacardi Khaul Everett, 25, of Miami Gardens, are each and every going through quite a lot of fees after their arrests Saturday.

Police wrote that Everett sped clear of police, riding “recklessly” onto Florida’s Turnpike after which onto Northwest 199th Street in Miami Gardens, the place officials arrested him.

Police arrested Everett on fees of fleeing and eluding and reckless riding.

Neither had been indexed in Miami-Dade prison data as of Monday afternoon.
