Miami-Dade mom accused of confining 9-year-old for years; police say girl would ‘beg’ to eat



MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 9-year-old girl was once left not able to learn or write and would ceaselessly have to “beg” for meals after being confined within of a southwest Miami-Dade house for “years,” in accordance to police.
