MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 4-year-old woman who used to be shot in the head by her more youthful brother over the weekend has died, her mother showed on a GoFundMe web page set as much as assist with funeral bills.

She was a fighter, she was so full of life. She’s such a jolly person.
