Marijuana, fentanyl, cocaine seized from 2 Kansas residents during Oklahoma traffic stop

KAY COUNTY, OK (KSNT) – Two Kansas residents had been arrested on Saturday after a big amount of medication had been found of their automobile.

The Kay County Sheriff’s Office in Oklahoma studies that on Dec. 3 at 9 :30 p.m. a traffic stop was carried out on a automobile belonging to 2 Kansas residents in Newkirk. A possible trigger search of the automobile stemming from the odor of marijuana resulted within the discovery of the next:

  • A 9mm handgun
  • 40 grams of marijuana
  • 10 grams of cocaine
  • 172 grams of methamphetamine
  • 204 fentanyl drugs

Both the driving force and the passenger of the automobile had been arrested and brought to the Kay County Detention Center on a number of narcotics and firearm expenses. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
