A manhunt was once underway after a string of shootings throughout Memphis, Tennessee, left 4 ladies lifeless and one in crucial situation Saturday night time, police stated.
Officers answered to a file of a taking pictures on Howard Drive at about 9:22 p.m., the Memphis Police Department stated.
“Through the course of the investigation, it has been determined that this scene and two other recent shooting scenes are connected and involve the same suspect,” police stated.
Police have named 52-year-old Mavis Christian Jr. because the suspect. He was once believed to had been riding a white 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, police stated.
“If you see him or his vehicle, please call 911 immediately,” police stated in a press liberate. “Do not approach or engage this individual, he is armed and extremely dangerous.”
The shootings have been being investigated as a home violence incident, police stated.
