TEXARKANA, Texas (KSLA/Gray News) – Police in Texas arrested a person who they are saying stole a truck and walked around a Walmart retailer parking lot with a hatchet in his pants.

On Oct. 7, the Texarkana Texas Police Department stated they acquired a name for a person who was walking around the Walmart parking lot with a hatchet within the entrance of his pants. Police stated the 25-year-old man by no means took the hatchet out, however did run as much as individuals and yell unintelligible phrases.
