TENNESSEE COLONY, Texas (KETK) – A person serving two life sentences for capital murder in an East Texas prison was once murdered by his cellmate, Texas Department of Criminal Justice officers mentioned.
50-year-old Billy Chemirmir was once discovered useless in his cellular on the Coffield Unit in Tennessee Colony early Tuesday morning.
