ADA, Okla. (AP) — A 27-year-old Oklahoma man has been sentenced to life in jail after pleading responsible to fatally taking pictures a pastor on the request of the pastor’s spouse. Kahlil Square pleaded responsible in September to first-degree homicide in the 2021 taking pictures demise of David Evans in Ada. After he was sentenced Tuesday, Square stated he’s sorry and that he hopes Evans’ household can forgive him. Evans’ spouse, Kristie Evans, pleaded responsible to homicide in April saying she requested Square to kill her husband he abused her for years. She stated he compelled her to have intercourse with different males whereas he watched.
