MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A North Miami guy is going through two legal fees after police stated he exposed himself to a 12-year-old boy on the campus of a personal school after which paid him to carry out a sex act on him.
Authorities arrested Jermaine Garrett-Hudson, 33, on fees of human trafficking and lewd and lascivious battery Tuesday.
According to an arrest document, the incident came about in December at Sheyes Learning Center & Elementary School, positioned at 3038 NW forty eighth Terrace in Miami-Dade County’s unincorporated Brownsville house.
The boy stated whilst on the school’s water fountain, Garrett-Hudson “approached him and exposed his penis to him,” the document states.
As the boy started to run again to his school room, he appeared again and noticed Garrett-Hudson with $5 in his hand, police stated
Police stated the boy returned and Garrett-Hudson advised the preteen that if he carried out oral sex on him he would give him the cash.
The boy agreed and gained the cash in go back, the document states, and the 2 “went their separate ways.”
During an interview Tuesday, police stated Garrett-Hudson denied what came about, announcing it was once “impossible to do anything of that nature because there is a staff member in every area of the school and there is no privacy anywhere,” police stated.
The document doesn’t state if Garrett-Hudson labored at or was once affiliated with the school by any means or, if no longer, why he was once on the campus.
A Miami-Dade pass judgement on ordered he stay held with out bond within the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
