Man attacked in his own yard by neighbor’s dogs on Northeast Side



SAN ANTONIO – A person used to be attacked by dogs whilst he used to be sitting in the yard of his Northeast Side house on Tuesday, San Antonio police mentioned.

The guy used to be outdoor in the 9500 block of Heidelberg Street when anyone at his neighbor’s house let two dogs out into their yard. The dogs crawled below a fence and attacked him, police mentioned.

The guy, 46, suffered severe accidents to his higher frame that required emergency surgical procedure. He used to be mentioned to be in crucial situation.

The dogs have been American Staffordshire Terrier breeds, often referred to as pit bulls. They have been taken by Animal Care Services and will probably be quarantined for 10 days. An investigation will decide whether or not the dogs will probably be deemed unhealthy or will probably be destroyed.

The dogs’ proprietor is going through prison fees, in step with SAPD.

Police mentioned there were 3 different animal-related calls to each addresses, however now not involving those dogs.
