Man arrested after threatening to kill Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital staff members, police say



MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A homeless guy refused to be discharged from the Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital ultimate weekend and now faces fees after he allegedly assaulted the clinic’s safety guards who requested him to go away, police stated.

According to an arrest document from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Junior Romero, 22, is going through fees of battery, creating a risk to a public servant and extortion.

Authorities stated Romero used to be being discharged from the clinic simply sooner than 6 a.m. Saturday when he began making threats to staff participants whilst refusing to go away.

As officials with the clinic have been known as to take away Romero from the premises and escort him out, Romero made more than one threats to kill them, in accordance to the document.
