As officials had been detaining Banks, the victim approached one detective and recognized Banks as the one who had robbed him of his necklace.

Police stated Banks did supply a “spontaneous” observation to officials, then again his observation used to be redacted from the publicly launched document.

According to the document, the victim’s necklace used to be discovered close by, in part damaged. It used to be impounded as proof.
