NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A 55-year-old guy is going through a prison fee after a 16-year-old girl informed police he showed her a photo of his penis whilst she labored out at a North Miami Beach health club.
North Miami Beach police arrested Domingo Guillermo Reyes, who is living within the town, on a fee of distributing obscene subject material to a minor Friday.
According to police, the incident took place simply after 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Planet Fitness at 1630 NE 163rd St.
An arrest record states that the girl have been figuring out when she stated she spotted a person, later recognized as Reyes, preserving a telephone shut to his chest and pointing it against her.
She informed detectives she idea Reyes “was taking pictures of her” however stated she “did not pay too much attention, thinking it might have been a coincidence,” the record states.

According to police, CCTV photos supplied through Planet Fitness showed Reyes preserving the telephone to his chest whilst figuring out.
In the video, police stated Reyes’ “phone is unlocked, a picture is clearly displayed, and the phone is pointed directly toward the victim for approximately one minute.”
“(Reyes) appears to be intentionally holding his unlocked phone in such a manner as to ensure the victim would see the picture of the defendant nude, with his penis displayed,” the record states. “Video footage shows the victim turning around and proceeding to get on her phone to text her dad to pick her up.”
Police stated workers at Planet Fitness known as them Friday to record that Reyes had returned to the health club.
When police spoke with him at the scene, he claimed he didn’t know what incident officials had been referring to and stated he wouldn’t take photos of someone, the record states, pronouncing “the only thing he does while at the gym is listen to music and work out.”
“If she did see any explicit photos, it might have been by accident,” police stated he informed them.
Authorities stated Reyes agreed to display police the pictures on his telephone, and “among them were several photos of (himself) naked, and other close-up pictures of (his) penis.”
Reyes, a Honduran nationwide, was once being held within the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $5,000 bond as of Monday.
