At least 10 individuals have been wounded Monday afternoon in a drive-by capturing in Lakeland, Florida, police stated, and two are in vital situation.
A dark-blue Nissan four-door sedan pulled up on the scene of the capturing, Lakeland Police Department Chief Sam Taylor stated.
