KILLEEN, Texas — The Killeen Police Department says it has opened a demise investigation after discovering human remains in a wooded area on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
According to police, officials have been known as at about 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday after witnesses instructed them a lifeless human frame used to be found in the 1700 block of Copperfield Circle.

The division says the remains are being despatched for post-mortem on the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas to spot the frame and resolve the reason for demise.
