She suspended the law in May with an injunction. Her newest resolution applies to all state and native prosecutors in Michigan.
The lawsuit difficult the law was filed by Planned Parenthood. Gleicher declined to go the case to a different choose, regardless of acknowledging that she has been a daily donor to the group.
