Judge denies motion to suppress evidence in case of woman accused of attacking Broward deputy


BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – A pass judgement on denied the motion to suppress evidence on Thursday in the case involving a Broward woman that was once accused of attacking a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy remaining May.

In court docket, the jury heard from the state and protection— in relation to the alleged incident involving Kianna Cooper and BSO deputy Steven Davis.

Cooper is combating her arrest for battery on a legislation enforcement officer.

She claims it was once Davis who were given bodily and that his personal bodycam video proves it.

Cooper was once allegedly at the telephone along with her mother, who supposedly heard the trade.
