Jeff was born in Sarasota, Florida to Preston and Mary Lilley. Jeff attended Sarasota High School. While attending Columbia Bible College he met the love of his life, Mollie. Jeff’s deep religion within the Lord Jesus Christ, his Savior, impacted each side of his life. Jeff was a sort soul who liked unconditionally. Micah 6:8 describes his life, “He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.” He liked his household deeply and sacrificially and made them a precedence in his life. Jeff so loved tenting at Vogel State Park for over 50 years, touring across the nation he liked, taking part in video games with household, working within the yard, speaking with buddies, and sharing his $2 payments wherever he went.
