JASPER, Texas — Police in Jasper are investigating the deadly weekend capturing of a tender mother of 3.
The frame of Rosalin Lewis, 24, was once discovered early Saturday morning after Jasper Police officials have been referred to as to the Myrtis Village Apartments within the 200 block of Myrtis boulevard at about 4 a.m. consistent with  Jasper Police.
