Scott Mayfield will leave out Tuesday night time’s recreation towards the Arizona Coyotes, Head Coach Lane Lambert showed on Tuesday morning.
“He’s not playing,” Lambert mentioned. “He’s day to day.”

Samuel Bolduc will make his season debut in Mayfield’s position. Bolduc performed 17 video games in his rookie 12 months, recording 3 issues (2G, 1A) and two playoff video games. Lambert mentioned he expects to see expansion from Bolduc as he enters his 2d 12 months.
“There were a lot of important moments for him last year,” Lambert mentioned. “As a young player you get your feet wet, so to speak, and then you continue to learn from there and each time that happens the expectation is is that you come out stronger.”
