IS claims responsibility for an attack that killed 20 Syrian soldiers, and vows to keep fighting



BEIRUT – The Islamic State workforce has claimed responsibility for an ambush in japanese Syria that killed at least 20 government soldiers and wounded others, caution that such assaults will proceed.
