Irving is gathering feedback because it develops a citywide, complete bicycle plan.
Residents are invited to attend a public assembly at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 7 at Irving City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd.
An on-line survey can also be out there.
The plan will determine an on-street community for bicycle journey that includes amenities for all ages and talents and set up deliberate connections to surrounding cities.
In addition, the plan will determine precedence corridors for biking and decide strategies for offering protected journey from present amenities and trails to different areas of the town.
Probable prices and funding methods shall be included.
