Irving, Plano ISD teacher arrested on sex abuse charge of student

IRVING, Texas — A 28-year-old former teacher in Irving accused of steady sex abuse of a younger little one has been launched from jail on bond, police mentioned.

Irving police mentioned Victor Hugo Moreno, a second-grade teacher within the Irving Independent School District, who resigned on the finish of the 2021 faculty 12 months, was arrested on July 21, after he allegedly assaulted one of his 7-year-old feminine college students.
