Irish singer Sinead O’Connor died from natural causes, coroner says



LONDON – Irish singer-songwriter Sinéad O’Connor died from “natural causes” in July, a coroner mentioned Tuesday.

London’s Metropolitan Police had mentioned the singer’s loss of life was once now not regarded as suspicious after she was once discovered unresponsive at a house in southeast London on July 26. O’Connor was once 56.

The Southwark Coroner’s Court showed that O’Connor died of natural reasons. It didn’t supply main points.

The singer, who started her profession acting at the streets of Dublin, rose to international reputation together with her duvet of Prince’s ballad “Nothing Compares 2 U,” launched in 1990.

She was once public about her psychological sickness and was once hospitalized after her teenage son, Shane, died through suicide in 2022.

Thousands of enthusiasts covered the streets of the Irish the town she had known as house all over a funeral procession in August. Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar attended, together with U2′s Bono.
